Homes built before 1990 may contain asbestos-containing materials (ACM) — including asbestos cement gutters, fibro sheeting adjacent to gutters, or asbestos roof sheeting. ProFlo WA does not carry out any work on or near confirmed or suspected asbestos materials. Asbestos work requires a licensed asbestos removalist and is outside the scope of our services.

If asbestos-containing materials are identified or reasonably suspected, we will not proceed with the job and no charge will apply.
