Service Charges
1.1 Should you decide not to proceed with cleaning all of your gutters upon our arrival, you will still be liable for the full gutter cleaning charge.
Property Damage
2.1 In the event that ProFlo causes any damage to your property, we will make every reasonable effort to effect repairs promptly. Please be advised that such repairs will be subject to the approval of our insurance provider.
Cleaning Process
3.1 While our team will perform a thorough cleaning of your gutters and utilize a vacuum system to remove debris, some residual mud and debris may remain, particularly in tight corners or overlaps. The service provided is intended to clear gutters and prevent blockages and leaks but does not encompass a detailed cleaning.
Rectification of Issues
4.1 If any gutter or downpipe is inadvertently missed or if another service-related issue arises, we will address the matter at no additional cost. Please note that refunds are not typically offered and will be granted solely at our discretion. Should you resolve the issue independently or engage another contractor without allowing us the opportunity to assess the problem first, neither refunds nor complimentary rectification will be provided.
Blockages and Flushing
5.1 It is possible that lower blockages in downpipes may occasionally be missed. We endeavor to remove debris and flush downpipes to the best of our ability, but some blockages, especially those located in elbow transitions, may not be entirely cleared, even with flushing.
Liability
6.1 ProFlo accepts no liability for stormwater damage, overflows, or leaks resulting from our services. We conduct gutter cleaning to the highest standard possible; however, our service does not guarantee prevention of leaks.
Gutter Guards
7.1 Our standard pricing covers cleaning over the top of gutter guards. Should you require us to remove the guard, clean underneath, and then reinstall it, an additional charge will be incurred.
